Objective: The purpose of this project was to examine binge drinking habits among college students and its relation to diet quality. Results: In total, 10 restaurants and 2 grocery, 5 convenience, and 5 variety stores were located and assessed. The Reduced-item Nutrition Environment Measures Survey for Stores (NEMS-S) and Restaurants and geographic information system mapping were the primary sources of documentation used in this study. Multiple sources of evidence were used to provide a more comprehensive documentation of the food environment. Methods: This study used a single-case design that was exploratory in nature.
